"Where to begin??? I have extensions that were installed poorly and were uncomfortable by another person. I was on the verge of removing them when I found Brittany. I came in to see Brittany as a consultation to see if anything could be done. She saw how upset and distressed I was about my hair and said hey...let's get you fixed up. After I finished crying she removed the poor install and reinstalled my extensions in an appropriate, secure way. Looks great. She was friendly and pleasant and professional. Also she started our appt promptly. I'll be back."
